Internal engagement campaign

A series of internal communications campaigns designed to engage London Underground staff and management with a fresh style of messaging that cut through corporate clutter.

As part of a small creative team, I helped develop concepts and content across multiple channels, from posters and ambient media to an award-winning training DVD.

I also developed the theme, content outline and print collateral for the company’s annual business meeting, along with articles for the internal staff magazine.

On the strength of these and other projects, Imagination was appointed as consultant to London Underground’s employee communications team.
