A visionary proposal for a new approach to visitor information in Manchester, designed to set a new benchmark for tourism experiences in the UK.

Working with the agency team, I helped shape the strategic theme and narrative inspired by Manchester’s evolving brand positioning, setting out a vision for a series of dynamic digital experiences and an iconic new Visitor Centre.

The proposal brought the concept to life for stakeholders and investors through a clear experience narrative, including an animation following the future journey of a visitor through the city.
