A series of quarterly conferences bringing together senior store, commercial and section managers from across the UK to align leadership teams and refresh the company’s approach to internal communication.

I developed the content and engagement strategy for the programme, shaping the theme and narrative flow for each event while introducing new formats designed to create energy and participation.

The conferences combined presentations with interactive elements and creative environments, engaging audiences of up to 350 managers at a time.
