Festival of Partnership – Brussels
A spectacular two-day experience bringing together 2,000 partners from across Deloitte’s newly formed North-West Europe firm for the first time.
Designed to move beyond the traditional conference format, the event combined the imagination and energy of a festival with a clear business purpose – conveying the vision, strategy and opportunities created by the new organisation.
Over a nine-month period, I worked closely with senior stakeholders to shape the strategic narrative and direct the content for the programme, through a mix of keynote and interactive sessions, creative showcases, videos and animations, plus all pre and post event communication.
91% of all partners rated the event between 7 and 10 out of 10 – exceptional for a
meeting of this kind – and many said it was the best partner meeting they had ever attended.
