A keynote address for the Annual General Meeting of CRH plc, one of the world’s largest building materials companies and a member of the FTSE 100, employing more than 80,000 people across 30 countries.
The speech provided an important opportunity for the company’s leadership to build trust and confidence with investors and stakeholders following a year of transformative growth, including the two largest acquisitions in the company’s history.
I worked closely with the senior leadership team to shape the narrative and messaging for the address, translating complex business developments into a clear and confident story for the market.
